Lindsay Cohen is the happy mama of one Mr. Eli Benjamin Cohen. Born in 2009, Eli has changed his mommy in a number of ways, least importantly her now shying away from the pool. Lindsay has always had a personal passion for hunting down the best deals and the professional pleasure of helping large retailers increase sales and profits through promotional and pricing effectiveness and email marketing. Lindsay received her B.A. in Economics and the honors program in the Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences from Northwestern University. She received her M.B.A. from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, with concentrations in Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship.
Bo Moon Johnson is a devoted mom, wife and entrepreneur. When Bo laid eyes on her son for the very first time, she was instantaneously spellbound by his presence. She never thought in a million years that she could love anything or anyone so much. Bo has always been enthusiastic about helping others. Upon receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University with a focus in Financial Accounting and Management Information Systems, she has spent her work weeks dedicated to her jobs while volunteering at various children's hospitals. During her countless hours with sick children, Bo also devoted ample time with many concerned mommies and daddies. She wanted to find a way to make things easier for them too, so any opportunity she had was allocated to incessantly looking for free goods and discounts to assist them. It was in that process that she realized that not only did she love her philanthropic mentality, but also thoroughly enjoyed finding a great deal and paying it forward to benefit others.
Arun Ramagopal is VP of Technology for FamilyFinds. He manages a team of talented engineers to build onto our best in class platform to ensure we're ahead of the pack with our robust technology, and to of course keep technical operations running smoothly. Prior to coming aboard at FamilyFinds, Arun successfully ran web development for Clear Channel Communications' Premiere Radio Networks and was a lead engineer at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Online, ABC Digital Media, and Move.com. He holds a BA in Computer Science from Northwestern University.
Michael A. Carey is the Vice President of Marketing & Business Development. He is responsible for growing the membership base of happy FamilyFinds Moms, Dads & Families as well as the identification and implementation of revenue generating opportunities for the company. Prior to FamilyFinds, Michael has held executive level roles at 24/7 Real Media, LowerMyBills.com, Intermix Media and Syndero. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing, from San Diego State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.
Matt Coffin is the founder of LowerMyBills.com, which sold to Experian, and an investor in companies including Demand Media, Buscape, Rubicon Project, Mahalo, Machinima, Hautelook, ShoeDazzle and EcoMom. At Experian, he was also president of online customer acquisition services and president of the incubator-like Experian Interactive Innovation Center, a division of the company that focused on new online ideas to leverage Experian data and analytics resources. Jake Winebaum is the cofounder of Blue Waters Research, an Internet incubator and investment firm. He has founded several Internet companies, including Business.com. He’s also the founder of FamilyFun magazine, which he sold to the Walt Disney Company before going on to lead Disney's launch of Disney.com and Family.com as Chairman of the Disney Internet Group. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two daughters.
Cynthia Watts, chief financial officer and general counsel, has over a decade of experience with successful Internet companies. Prior to her work with FamilyFinds, she was a managing director of eCompanies LLC, an Internet incubator, and managing partner of eCompanies Venture Group, an Internet venture capital fund. In those roles, Cynthia handled finance, legal and administration for a variety of young companies. She holds honors degrees from Yale College and Harvard Law School and lives in Santa Monica with her husband and sons, Rowan, 6, and Peter, 3. She is currently struggling to keep up with Rowan as they learn to play the violin together.
